Applies to: Enterprise
Enterprise features depend on both the installed plugin and your connected Quote & Cut account.
If your account does not currently include Enterprise access, Enterprise settings may be preserved but paused.
What “paused” means #
Paused means your saved settings are kept, but the feature is not currently active for new usage.
For example:
- Sheet Inventory settings may be preserved, but new stock tracking is paused.
- Market Indexing settings may be preserved, but automatic repricing is paused.
- Enterprise material fields may be shown but disabled.
This helps protect your existing configuration if your account status changes.
Why Enterprise features may be paused #
Enterprise features may pause if:
- The API key is missing.
- The site binding is not active.
- Account status has not refreshed.
- Enterprise access is not included in the connected account.
- Subscription or plan access has expired.
- Quote & Cut Advanced is not active.
- Quote & Cut Enterprise is not active.
- The site cannot reach the Quote & Cut service to verify access.
Checking Enterprise access #
Go to:
Quote & Cut → Settings
Then check the account status panel.
Look for Enterprise feature access such as:
- Sheet Inventory.
- Market Indexing.
If the account status looks out of date, click:
Refresh account status
What happens to saved Sheet Inventory settings? #
If Sheet Inventory access is paused:
- Your saved stock settings are preserved.
- Your saved sheet stock values are preserved.
- Sheet stock fields may be disabled.
- New stock tracking does not run while the feature is unavailable.
When access is restored, the saved values can be used again.
What happens to saved Market Indexing settings? #
If Market Indexing access is paused:
- Market Index Type selections are preserved.
- Last market refresh data is preserved.
- Automatic weekly repricing is paused.
- Market Index Type fields may be disabled.
When access is restored, indexing can resume.
Refreshing after an upgrade #
If you have just upgraded to Enterprise:
- Install and activate Quote & Cut Enterprise.
- Go to Quote & Cut → Settings.
- Click Refresh account status.
- Confirm Sheet Inventory and Market Indexing are available.
- Save settings if you make any changes.
If access still looks wrong #
Check:
- You are using the correct API key.
- You are using the correct site binding.
- The API key belongs to the account that purchased Enterprise.
- Enterprise is installed and active.
- Quote & Cut Advanced is installed and active.
- The site can make outbound requests.
- Your subscription or licence is active.
