Quote & Cut Advanced is installed as a separate WordPress plugin.
It extends the core Quote & Cut plugin and must be installed alongside it.
Downloading Advanced #
If you have purchased Quote & Cut Advanced, log in to your account at:
quoteandcut.com
Then go to:
My Account → Downloads
Download the Advanced plugin ZIP file.
This is usually named:
quoteandcut-advanced.zip
Install order #
Install the plugins in this order:
- Quote & Cut.
- Quote & Cut Advanced.
If you are also using Enterprise, install in this order:
- Quote & Cut.
- Quote & Cut Advanced.
- Quote & Cut Enterprise.
Enterprise requires Advanced, so Advanced must be installed before Enterprise.
Installing Advanced #
In WordPress:
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin.
- Click Upload Plugin.
- Upload
quoteandcut-advanced.zip. - Click Install Now.
- Click Activate Plugin.
If the core plugin is missing #
Quote & Cut Advanced requires the core Quote & Cut plugin.
If the core plugin is not installed or active, Advanced will show an admin notice explaining that Quote & Cut Advanced requires the free Quote & Cut plugin to be installed and active.
Install and activate the core plugin first, then activate Advanced again.
After activation #
After Advanced is activated, go to:
Quote & Cut → Settings
Then click:
Refresh account status
This helps Quote & Cut check whether your connected account includes Advanced processing.
New admin page #
Advanced adds this admin page:
Quote & Cut → Secondary Processes
Use this page to configure folding and powder coating.
Setup wizard integration #
Advanced can also add a Secondary Processes step to the Quote & Cut setup wizard.
Go to:
Quote & Cut → Setup Wizard
The Advanced step can help set starter limits for folding and powder coating.
The wizard does not fully configure all Advanced pricing. You still need to complete the main Secondary Processes settings page afterwards.
If Advanced features do not appear #
Check:
- Quote & Cut is active.
- Quote & Cut Advanced is active.
- Your API key is saved.
- Your site binding is active.
- Your Quote & Cut account includes Advanced or Enterprise access.
- Account status has been refreshed.
- You are logged in as an administrator.
