After a successful calculation, Quote & Cut shows the quote result on the frontend form.

This price can include:

- Pierce cost.
- Gas cost.
- Handling cost.
- Markups.
- Minimum price adjustments.

Live summary #
Studio and Workbench layouts include a live summary panel.
This can show:
- Number of parts.
- Total quantity.
- Number of materials.
- Readiness checks.
- Current quote total.

A calculated quote is not automatically placed in the cart.
Nested preview #
If frontend nested previews are enabled, customers may see an optimised layout preview after calculation.
The preview can show how parts were arranged on the sheet.
The nested preview can be hidden from:
Quote & Cut → Settings
Enable:
Do not show nested preview on the frontend
Pricing-only notices #
In some cases, Quote & Cut may show notices explaining that part of the result is priced but not displayed as a standard nested layout.
Customers should follow the message shown on the form.
Admin diagnostics #
If diagnostics are enabled, logged-in administrators can see a detailed cost and time breakdown after calculation.
Diagnostics are intended for admins and support, not normal customer guidance.
Quote result is based on current form data #
If the customer changes the form after calculating, the quote result may no longer match the current part list.
Customers should recalculate after changing:
- DXF files.
- Materials.

- Powder coating choices.
- Part list.
If the price looks wrong #
If a customer reports that a price looks wrong, check:

- Pricing settings.
- Material cost.
- Cut speed.
- Pierce time.
