This helps your team review folding and powder coating requirements after checkout.
Where to find Advanced order details #
Open the WooCommerce order:
WooCommerce → Orders → Open Order
Review the Quote & Cut sections inside the order.
Advanced details can appear in:
- Quote & Cut Parts.
- Quote & Cut Files.
- WooCommerce order item data.
- WooCommerce emails.
Folding details in orders #
If the customer selected folding, the order can show:
- Folding selected.
- Number of folds.
- Fold notes / instructions.
- Folding cost per part.
- Folding drawing, if uploaded.
Folding drawings in orders #
Uploaded folding drawings appear in the order file area.
Look for:
Folding Drawings
Each uploaded drawing can be downloaded from the WooCommerce order screen.
Powder coating details in orders #
If the customer selected powder coating, the order can show:
- Powder coating selected.
- Powder coating colour.
- Finish level.
- Powder coating cost per part.
Secondary Process totals #
Advanced adds Secondary Process cost data to the final quote.
The order can include:
- Cutting total.
- Secondary Processes total.
- Final total price.
- Folding breakdown.
- Powder coating breakdown.
The exact display depends on the order screen and whether diagnostics or detailed breakdowns are being viewed.
WooCommerce emails #
Advanced details can appear in WooCommerce order emails.
For example, emails may include:
- Powder coating colour.
- Folding cost per part.
- Powder coating cost per part.
The exact email display depends on your WooCommerce email templates and any email customiser plugins.
What staff should check #
Before production, staff should review:
- Which parts need folding.
- Number of folds.
- Fold notes.
- Folding drawing.
- Which parts need powder coating.
- Powder colour.
- Finish level.
- Quantities.
- Customer order notes.
Important production note #
Advanced order details are useful, but they do not replace your production review.
Always check the uploaded DXF files, folding drawings, customer notes, and internal production requirements before cutting, folding, or coating.
If Advanced order details are missing #
Check:
- Quote & Cut Advanced was active when the order was placed.
- Secondary Processes were enabled and configured.
- The customer selected folding or powder coating before calculating.
- The customer recalculated after choosing Secondary Processes.
- The quote was added to cart after calculation.
- The order contains Quote & Cut job data.
